The rooms were reasonably large with beautiful features, the staff were friendly. The location was good, for example, Casemates Bock Fortress was just a short walk away from the hotel...

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect, right in the center with luxury stores within walking distance. The staff treated us so well, from the valet parking to the helpful receptionists. We also loved the cozy garden and the heated couches.
The breakfast selection could have been better, but overall it was still a good experience.

Spent Christmas in a hotel that was a complete nightmare. However, there were a few good aspects. they offered free hot chocolate and cookies which was a really nice touch. Secondly, the location was great as it was close to the Christmas market and all the festive decorations. Lastly, the room had a lovely view of the city and we were able to enjoy the fireworks from our window.
the room was not clean and had a funny smell. Secondly, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful.

The location of this hotel was great. With a 10-minute walk, you can be strolling through Le Chemin de la Corniche. Outside of the hotel, there are several restaurants in the square. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with a baby bed and a special gift for our baby. The breakfast had a good variety of fresh fruit and toast with iberic jamon. The room was beautiful, cozy, and luxurious, with some small attentions for our anniversary and an upgrade. The service was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room in the attic of one of the townhouses was stunning.
Felt very happy, no complaints.

Had a faultless stay with exceptional service. Hotel in a great location, fantastic rooms, and restaurants. Reception staff went the extra mile, especially Eniola. Planning to return!
Breakfast was subpar and overpriced. Difficulty getting a drink at the hotel bar, turned away and long wait in the lobby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of town on a major square. It couldn't have been better for exploring the city and enjoying all the amenities nearby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with three great restaurants and a bar to choose from. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Plus, the hotel was dog-friendly, which was essential for me as I travel with my dogs often. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.
Nothing for me.
